Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is the ultimate relaxing massage, the use of heated stones helps decrease muscle and joint pain while increasing circulation and lymph flow, this massage would most closely resemble Swedish massage, as it is all about long flowing movement, with less focus on trigger point release and scar tissue break down, but rest assured, you will still have a nice firm pressure.

TMJ Massage
Our TMJ & Migraine/headache reduction treatment was created by Maria - these sessions incorporate intra-oral release, this technique helps to release the masseter muscle and other muscles involved in chewing. This treatment focuses exclusively on the muscles of the head, face, and neck. Anyone who clenches or grinds their teeth knows the increased pain, and decreased chewing abilities that come from a locked-up TMJ! These sessions reduce pain, and tension and help restore mobility to the joint, as well as decrease sinus and ear pressure, reduce headache frequency, and general discomfort/pain associated with TMJ disorders.

Cellulite Reduction Massage
Maria created this treatment and it is a proprietary treatment offered at Elevation Massage and Spa, we offer this cellulite reduction treatment in either 30 or 60-minute sessions. For best results, we recommend a session 1-2x a week. Cellulite reduction massage increases circulation, breaks down fat deposits, circulates lymphatic fluid, and increases lymphatic drainage, thus helping to decrease the appearance of cellulite*. We incorporate cupping, Brazilian wood tools, fascia blasting and manual lymphatic drainage to create a cellulite blasting experience. - Please be advised that Bruising is highly likely, cellulite develops from a few things; aging creating skin latency, excess fat, and scar tissue creating pockets/dimple effect. This treatment is painful, and aggressive, because that's how we get the best results! We finish these sessions with 10 minutes on the Vibroplate, to further facilitate lymphatic drainage.
