If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans. Our refund policy for appointment-based services is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to your account.

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice may result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the required notice period, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Please be advised we do not give refunds or accept returns for any services rendered, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately and we can try to make it right. Our business has a zero refund policy in effect.
