LED Facial

What’s an LED facial, anyway? I’m glad you asked! At Elevation Massage and Spa, our LED facial is super relaxing and noninvasive, but it packs a bucket of benefits. LED light therapy is a pain-free, noninvasive treatment to help treat acne, breakouts, fine lines, and wrinkles. It also promotes collagen production and reduces redness and inflammation. 

LED red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light energy to help improve cellular health by accelerating the repair and replenishment of compromised tissue cells. Results are seen best when done weekly or bi-weekly. If you can’t get a weekly facial, our full-spectrum infrared sauna is a great way to get the benefits of the wavelengths in a shorter period of time. 

At Elevation, we use a Celluma LED device with three different settings, each focused on a specific skin concern: acne, fine lines, and wrinkles. Before starting the facial, you and our esthetician will discuss which light setting would be best for you and your skin concerns.

This relaxing 60-minute facial includes a double cleanse, exfoliation with steam and a scrub to remove dead skin cells, extractions if needed, toning, and a 15-minute lymphatic facial massage, which helps detox the face and push out toxins lingering in the face area. You’ll also receive a mask tailored to your skin needs, the LED light above your face and décolleté, an arm and hand massage while your mask sits, topped with a serum and moisturizer, and finished with a quick and relaxing scalp massage.
